For the purchase and installation of Storm Sirens

 

Sealed bids will be accepted by the Savannah Community Foundation and City of Savannah until the 15th day of July at 11 a.m. for storm sirens including installation.  Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked: SIREN BIDS.  All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, at the City Council meeting at the Clasbey Center, 500 East Duncan Dr, Savannah, MO 64485 at 7:00pm on the 15th day of July, 2013. Bid results will be discussed at that meeting.  Any vendor submitting a bid should bring ten copies of the bid and information packet for review.

The Savannah Community Foundation and City Council reserve the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any and all formalities. The Savannah Community Foundation and City Council will accept the bid, which it deems to be in the best interest.
